The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operational functions of Infopace Management Pvt Ltd. The role involves translating the strategic vision of the leadership into effective execution, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth across all organizational verticals.
The incumbent will drive operational excellence by managing cross-functional teams, implementing robust processes and systems, and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and revenue goals. Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans, optimizing day-to-day operations, supporting business growth initiatives, managing financial and resource allocation, ensuring governance and compliance, and building strong stakeholder relationships across clients, partners, and ecosystem participants.

The role requires strong leadership to mentor teams, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure seamless coordination across departments to achieve organizational objectives.

12–18 years of professional experience, with at least 5–7 years in senior operational leadership roles.
