The Head – Digital Transformation will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for Infopace and its clients, driving the integration of digital technologies, data, and innovation frameworks with people and process transformation. The role focuses on designing and executing digital strategies that deliver measurable business impact while aligning with organizational change and capability building.
The incumbent will partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, lead consulting engagements, and deliver large-scale transformation programs. Key responsibilities include driving digital transformation strategy, enabling process digitization and automation, integrating change management and L&D interventions, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI/ML and analytics, and ensuring successful program execution through strong governance frameworks.
The role involves building and scaling the Digital Transformation practice, supporting business development initiatives, developing intellectual property and thought leadership, and fostering partnerships with technology providers, startups, and ecosystem players.
8–10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Enterprise Technology roles.
