As our AI/ML Lead, you will be the technical cornerstone of Infopace’s AI transformation services. You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, lead a high-performance engineering team, and act as the bridge between raw data intelligence and actionable business outcomes.
- System Architecture: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable ML/AI models for enterprise-grade digital transformation.
- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performance cross-functional engineering team.
- Strategic Alignment :Bridge the gap between complex algorithmic outputs and actionable business insights to drive revenue.
- Product Lifecycle : Oversee the full AI/ML lifecycle: from data strategy and model training to production deployment.
- Innovation : Drive R&D in LLMs, predictive analytics, and computer vision to maintain our market leadership.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software architecture.
Technical Skills:
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-growth engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, pipeline automation, and production-level deployment.
