Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and manage employee training programs that foster career growth and strengthen our organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a
service organization, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and experience in managing end-to-end L&D processes. This role will play a key part in developing a learning
culture, improving employee performance, and aligning development initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and employee career paths.
  • Design and deliver training programs that support skill development, leadership capability, and service excellence.
  • Work with senior leaders and department heads to identify training needs,
    learning gaps, and development priorities.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars
    for employees across all levels.
  • Manage external trainers and vendors to deliver high-quality learning
    experiences as needed.
  • Ensure that all training content is consistent, relevant, and effective for our
    service-based operation.
  • Develop tools and methods to evaluate training effectiveness, such as post-
    training assessments, surveys, and performance tracking.
  • Implement feedback loops to measure the impact of training programs on
    employee performance and business outcomes.
  • Continuously improve L&D initiatives based on feedback, emerging industry
    trends, and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance leadership skills within the organization, including programs focused on management, communication, and customer service.
  • Support succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and creating tailored development plans.
  • Leverage learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and digital resources to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
  • Manage and curate a library of training materials, resources, and online content to support ongoing learning.
  • Monitor L&D metrics and report on training participation, completion rates, and impact on organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with any mandatory training or certifications relevant to the service industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D or training roles within a service-oriented organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
