We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a service organization, with a proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships. This role is key to driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding our client base, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, industries, and markets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, following up on potential clients through calls, emails, and in person meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities that can inform business development strategies.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiations, and service agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align on client expectations and project deliverables.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on client requirements and industry trends.
- Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and forecast future revenue growth.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in a service-based organization.
