The Role: Head of Sales
We’re looking for a strategic and high-performing sales leader to drive our growth across consulting
services and our startup accelerator platform.
This role requires a leader with a strong consultative sales background, experience in high-impact
partnerships, and the ability to drive revenue in diverse business verticals.
This is not just another sales role—this is an opportunity to build ecosystems, scale innovation, and
shape the future of strategic transformation.

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and scale B2B sales across industries and innovation domains
Build and manage a high-performing sales team
Own end-to-end revenue targets and sales operations
Identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals.
Create GTM strategies for both Consulting services and Startup Accelerator
Nurture relationships with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and key decision-makers.
Close strategic partnerships with startups, corporates, and VCs
Collaborate with leadership to shape service offerings and impact metrics
Collaborate with venture partners, mentors, and institutional funders to drive startup pipeline
growth.
Define, track, and report on KPIs, conversion funnels, and ROI metrics.

What You Bring
10+ years in sales / business development, preferably in consulting, startup ecosystems, or
innovation-led organizations
Experience selling high-value services, building long-term client relationships
Strong network across corporate CXOs, founders, and startup stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a get-it-done mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
