Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in
delivering outstanding service solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven
track record in sales within a service organization, showcasing strong leadership, strategic
thinking, and a passion for exceeding targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for
developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by
leading a team of skilled sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the service industry.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives. 
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members’ skills in customer engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques. 
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews to support professional development and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular
    communication, understanding their business needs, and offering appropriate
    service solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and
    managing any escalations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing initiatives
    for effective lead generation and customer retention.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify trends,
    challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Use internal systems to manage sales processes, pipeline, and customer data to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the sales department, ensuring optimal
    resource allocation and ROI.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure
    seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding client needs and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA in Sales & Marketing.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or
    supervisory role within a service organization.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
