Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Learning and Development Training Coordinator to support our L&D team in creating, planning, and coordinating training programs. This role requires a passion for learning and growth, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic service organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating training activities, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of training sessions to enhance our team’s skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars across
various departments. - Communicate training schedules, venues, and materials to participants,
ensuring clarity and accessibility. - Support the preparation and delivery of training materials, presentations, and
handouts. - Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and
stakeholders. - Manage attendee registrations, track attendance, and follow up on
participation and feedback. - Coordinate with external vendors and trainers to organize sessions, negotiate
contracts, and ensure training meets organizational standards. - Arrange training logistics such as booking venues, arranging audio-visual
equipment, and setting up online meeting tools. - Manage training documentation, including participant lists, feedback forms,
and training records. - Track and maintain training-related supplies, materials, and resources.
- Support the administration of the LMS by uploading content, monitoring
progress, and maintaining up-to-date records. - Assist in troubleshooting LMS-related issues for users and provide support as
needed. - Collect feedback on training sessions and provide reports to assess program
effectiveness. - Support L&D team in preparing reports and data analysis on training
attendance, feedback, and completion rates. - Suggest improvements for training programs based on feedback and
performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a learning and development or training coordinator role, ideally in a service organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and employee development.
